Rotorua-Hamilton Marathon Adventure

My body is temple of my art.
I love my art.
I love my body.
-Dixon Munro

I wasn't really expecting much about this journey.  But, this was the most exciting and satisfying adventure I had so far.

As the usual/ritual part of my trip, first stop.  Starbucks.
~what is it with coffee and double choco java chip?  Well, I honestly don't know! ha-ha But it's safe to say I feel happy drinking it and it revives the energy I need for my long feet-log.

Of Musuems
(Rotorua)

If you should ever find yourself in Rotorua, try and visit this castle like Bath House Museum.

During the older years, they use this bath house to cure different diseases.  This place was even frequently visited by people from around the globe just to test it healing promises.

This museum is actually quite large.  You can go up, down and explore  the sides :p
Anyway, my favorite part is the underground.  -One of those rare moments I'm happy coz I'm only 5 feet.

There is also a free film viewing about the history/myth about New Zealand.

Redwood Memorial Grove

-Love trees, and clean and green?  Be sure to check out Redwood then!

Korean Food: Yaki-yaki
I tried using chopsticks but since I was having difficulty with it, I used the serving spoon instead.  #epicfailure

Zirka Circus

Got my ticket from grab a seat, hence it was totally cheap! :) ha-ha.

Oh, here's a good idea about rearranging your furniture.

The clown and his plates

^Ever try playing skip ropes in group while jumping from one friend to another?

Oh, and look!  Fan girl gets to snap a pic with a performer at Burger King! Ha!  What a sweet surprise.

Hobbiton

For some reason, visiting Hobbiton made me feel like home. lol

Cheers and enjoy your weekend!
Keep safe.

Auckland and Vice Ganda

It is easier to go down than up, but the view is much better on the top
-Henry Ward Beecher

Onto my next journey!

I first went to my friends house,

Grab our other friend with us... then were off!  ~to car wash station!

~then we went to a Filipino restaurant called Turo-turo.  Food is yummy and oh so cheap!  *sigh.  It made me miss my family even more....  ^teardropsplussflyingkiss

-We pretty much strolled around, late night drive, visit the sky tower and eat some more!

and I finally ended my short trip to Auckland with a Vice Ganda Concer night.  And oh boy!  It was surely fun!  We were practically laughing the whole time!

Have fun when you can,
Have a great week!

23 Natal Years

"We are always the same age, inside."

After a few months spent here in New Zealand, finally my birthday came!

It was a day mixed with different emotions: happy, sad, worried, excited and most of all... hungry.

I celebrated this day with my adopted family here in NZ.  They cooked the traditional pancit for my birthday and wished me good health and longer life.

~with some beer and vodka on the table...

I am now officially three and twenty!

Birth day celebration:  October 29, 2012
